Join us in this exciting one-week gastronomic adventure, where you will live like a local on the exquisite 18th-century villa for the whole stay, let a Michelin star chief teach you the authentic Sicilian recipes in a fun and lively cooking class and try the most delicious wines in a winery at the foot of Etna. Enjoy the breathtaking views over Monti Iblei hills, intriguing excursions in UNESCO heritage cities, authentic experiences, and delightful meals in the best local restaurants. All of the experiences in the program are included in the price of the tour, so you will need your wallet only for personal expenses.

Day1 Via Sicily
• Arrival and check-in at the villa
Arrival on the island at Catania Fontanarossa Airport. Transfer by comfortable car to the Villa "Santa Margherita". At the villa we will be greeted with fine wine and delicious compliments.
• Dinner at the Villa
Day 2 Сhiaramonte Gulfi and Cooking Master Class
• Chiaramonte Gulfi
Our first day we will start with beautiful small town Chiaramonte Gulfi.
The town is located at an altitude of 668 m a.s.l. while the maximum altitude of the municipal area is reached on Mount Arcibessi at 906 m a.s.l. The city is also called the Balcony of Sicily for its panoramic position, with a view that goes from Gela (West) to Etna (North-east), the Ippari valley and its villages (Comiso, Vittoria, Acate) and the ridges degli Erei up to Caltagirone, as well as the sea and the Iblei mountains.

Then we will return to the villa where our friend, the famous Michelin star Italian chef Davide di Corrato, will be waiting for us. He will cheerfully hold a culinary master class on authentic Sicilian dishes, which we will then taste accompanied with local wines and in good company.
Day 3 Castle Donnafugata.Buffalo Cheese Farm. Winery Gulfi
• Castle Donnafugata
In Donnafugata Castle there are more than 100 rooms featured by many different styles and functions. Outside, a huge park around the castle was used to enjoy inhabitans and their guests.
• Buffalo Cheese Farm
Farm Magazze is a farm of 4 generations. The animals that they have always raised with passion and care. So, we will have a degustation of these amazing cheeses.
• Punta Secca
Punta Secca is the best known seaside village of Santa Croce Camerina. The small fishing village is called by the inhabitants "a sicca" for a characteristic cliff that runs on the water and develops in front of the eastern beach.
• Winery Gulfi
Wine degustation. Over 2000 years of history, culture and hard work. The greatest commitment is to safeguard the land and to continue making wine in a way that respects the environment and is in equilibrium with the surrounding ecosystem.

Day 4 Unique Winery and a journey to Etna Volcano
• Travel to Etna and visit the winery
After breakfast at the villa, we will make a tour to the Etna Volcano, where a Murgo winery is located, a place where they produce matchless sparkling wines according to the Champenois method. There we will have wine tasting and lunch.
• City of Zafferano.
A walk through the beautiful city of Zafferano, located on the slopes of Etna - the largest active volcano in Europe.
• Diner in one of the local pizzeria.
Then we are coming back and have a dinner in one of the best local pizzeria.
Day 5 Barocco and Michelien
• Modica and chocolate.
The capital of chocolate and one of the main Baroque cities in Sicily is Modica. The town was compared to the second Venice for numerous canals and bridges which existed three hundred years ago. You will see baroque palaces and medieval churches, wander along its narrow streets, absorb incredible smells and taste delicious coffee in local pastry shops. We will reveal the secret of Aztec-based chocolate production.
• Barocco and Michelin - Ragusa, Lunch in the best restaurant in Sicily
After Modica, we travel to the next city, the provincial capital - Ragusa.
You will have a lunch at the best restaurant in Sicily with two Michelin stars - DUOMO. Chef Ciccio Sultano always surprises guests with his refined taste.
We will start the route from the upper part of the town and will go down to its lower part (Ragusa Ibla). You will also see most of the 18 monuments included in the UNESCO heritage list and find out why the hereditary count gave his unimaginably beautiful and well-groomed garden for public use.
Day 6 Ceramics and Antiques
• City of Caltagirone
We travel to the city of Caltagirone, the capital of Sicilian ceramics. In Caltagirone, we will walk along the magnificent stairs of Santa Maria del Monte with 142 steps, climb the bell tower of the former monastery and take a glance at the city from a bird's-eye view. We will visit a lot of ceramic shops and, of course, buy a lot of different souvenirs!
•Antiques
And you will have lunch in a local trattoria, where the owner himself will set the table and advise local dishes and wines. On the way to the villa, we will drop by a close friend, an owner of an antique shop, who will show you his collection of paintings and tell many Sicilian legends.
• Valle dell'Acate winery
Then we will visit our friends from Valle Dell'Acate winery, which is one of the oldest wineries in the region, where we will taste great wines.
Day 7 Ciao Sicily!
•Departure to the Airport
After the delicious breakfast, the driver will take you to the Catania Fontanarossa Airport (CTA). But first, small gifts! We hope that you enjoyed the authentic Sicilian experience with us, and look forward to meeting you again in the future.
