Villa Santa Margherita is a historic country estate surrounded by centuries-old trees, olive groves and the landscape of the Monti Iblei. With only five guest rooms and 11 hectares of grounds, life here follows a quieter rhythm.

Our centuries-old olive trees produce St. Margherita DOP BIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made from Tonda Iblea olives grown on the estate.
Harvested early and cold-pressed, the oil has the characteristic notes of green tomato, grass and artichoke, with a balanced bitterness and long finish.

THE RESTORATION OF VILLA SANTA MARGHERITA
When we first arrived, much of the estate had been abandoned for years.
We restored it gradually, preserving the original stone, old walls and architectural character while creating the spaces and five guest rooms you see today.
What remains is not a recreation of the past, but a historic Sicilian home brought back to life.
