We will meet you at Catania airport. Transfer by comfortable car to Villa Santa Margherita. On the way, we will stop at the best olificio Frantoi Cutrera, where we will get acquainted with the secret of producing the highest quality olive oil - gold of Sicily and learn how to taste it.
• Dinner at the Villa
After placing you in the Villa and relaxing, we will arrange a welcome Sicilian dinner. Let's raise our glasses to a great adventure!

Exploring Sicily will begin with the beautiful town of Chiaramonte Gulfi. The city is located at an altitude of 668 m above sea level. The city is also called the Balcony of Sicily because of its panoramic position, offering spectacular views of Sicily. We will walk through the medieval streets and visit the olive oil Museum.
• Lunch at a local meat restaurant, which is known for its traditional meat dishes.

Then we will return to the villa, where the Italian chef Davide di Corato, who worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, will be waiting for us, who will conduct an exciting culinary master class.

Next, we will go on an excursion and visit the iconic Donnafugata Castle, which belonged to the richest Sicilian family of Arezzo. The capital of chocolate and one of the main cities of the Sicilian Baroque is Modica. The city was compared to the second Venice for the numerous canals and bridges that existed two hundred years ago. During this tour, you will learn why there are two cathedrals in the House, and not one, as is customary in most cities of Sicily. You will see Baroque palaces and medieval churches, wander through its narrow streets, soak up incredible smells and taste delicious coffee in local pastry shops, and of course local chocolate.

In Sicily, you can not do without delicious cheeses and we will go to taste them at a buffalo farm. Here, four generations of the family make magnificent strachatella, mozzarella, provola. As well as an unimaginable liqueur made of olives and carob leaves.

After breakfast, we will go to the city Caltagirone, the capital of Sicilian ceramics. There we will walk up the magnificent staircase of Santa Maria del Monte with 142 steps, climb the bell tower of the former monastery and take a bird's-eye view of the city.

After leaving the city of ceramics, we will drive through the Sicilian hills and admire the amazing scenery, we stop at the Valle del Acate winery, one of the oldest wineries in the region, where wine tasting with traditional Sicilian snacks awaits.
