Once we have confirmed availability for your chosen departure, we will prepare and send you an invoice.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or via a payment link that we will send you.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining 80% balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full journey price is payable at confirmation.
All payments are made in euro.

If you need to cancel your journey, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The 20% deposit is non-refundable in the case of a voluntary cancellation.
Each departure requires a minimum of 4 guests. If the minimum number is not reached, or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent the journey from operating, we may cancel the departure. Payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable Italian and EU law.
Any mandatory rights available to travellers under applicable law remain unaffected.

The journey includes 6 nights at Villa Santa Margherita, scheduled group airport transfers, transportation during the programme, licensed local guides, selected meals, wine experiences, two cooking experiences and the Caltagirone ceramics workshop, as described on the journey page.
The order of activities, restaurants, guides or suppliers may occasionally change where necessary. Where possible, an alternative of a comparable standard and character will be provided.

Flights to and from Sicily are not included.
Scheduled group arrival and departure transfers from Catania Airport (CTA) or Comiso Airport (CIY) are included as described in the programme.
Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas where required, and for arriving in time for the agreed group transfer.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking.
The journey includes walking, historic streets, stairs and uneven surfaces.
Guests should inform us before booking of any mobility limitations, dietary requirements or other needs that may affect participation.

Some services are provided by carefully selected independent suppliers, including guides, restaurants, wineries, chefs, artisans and transport providers.
Santa Margherita Tours remains responsible for the proper performance of the journey in accordance with applicable Italian and EU law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Italian and EU law and do not limit any mandatory rights available to travellers.
